Jessica Graham is a London-based paper collage artist whose vibrant botanical works celebrate the joy, colour and abundance of the natural world.

Using hand painted papers, she creates each piece through an intuitive process of tearing, layering and arranging fragments into richly detailed compositions. The work often overspills its borders giving a boundless effervescent energy and the bright paper pieces are beautifully juxtaposed with a dark background to add contrast and highlight the ripped paper edge.

Drawing on a background in surface pattern design, her collages combine bold graphic shapes with intricate craftsmanship, transforming painted papers into artworks with an almost three-dimensional presence.
